We recognize that immigration-related information is sensitive personal data. Your personal and professional details are treated with heightened security protections:

• Data is stored in encrypted databases with row-level security
• Access is limited to what is necessary for platform functionality
• We do not collect or store EAD expiration dates or immigration document details
• We do not share personal details with government agencies unless required by valid legal process
• You can delete your information at any time by contacting us

4. Immigration Status Disclaimer

EAD Jobs does not verify immigration status or work authorization. All information on this platform, including work history and profile details, is self-reported by users. EAD Jobs does not vouch for the accuracy of any user profiles.

Employers are solely responsible for verifying employment eligibility through official channels such as E-Verify and Form I-9 processes. We strongly recommend all employers use E-Verify for every hire.

5. AI Features and Data Processing

Our AI-powered features (career coach and compliance checker) process user data to provide personalized guidance. When you use these features:

• Your profile data and conversation content are sent to our AI service provider for processing
• Our AI provider does not use your data to train their models
• AI conversations are not stored permanently and are not shared with other users or third parties
• AI features do not provide legal or immigration advice — consult a licensed attorney for legal questions

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Profile data marked as public is visible to registered users of the platform. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes. We do not share individual user data with third parties except:

• With your explicit consent
• To our service providers who assist in operating the platform (subject to data processing agreements)
