By accessing or using EAD Jobs ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

EAD Jobs is a job board and talent directory connecting job seekers who hold Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) with employers who hire without requiring visa sponsorship. The Platform serves as a facilitator only — it connects parties but does not participate in, advise on, or take responsibility for hiring decisions, employment relationships, or immigration matters.

3. No Immigration or Legal Advice

EAD Jobs does not provide immigration advice, legal advice, or any form of legal counsel. Nothing on this Platform — including AI-powered features, informational content, job listings, or profile guidance — should be construed as legal advice or as a substitute for professional legal counsel.

We strongly recommend that all users consult their own licensed immigration attorney for questions about immigration status, work authorization, EAD renewal, employment eligibility, or any legal matters related to immigration and employment.

4. No Verification of Immigration Status

EAD Jobs does not verify, validate, or confirm immigration status, work authorization, or the authenticity of any Employment Authorization Documents. All information displayed on the Platform — including EAD status, work history, skills, education, and biographical details — is entirely self-reported by users.

EAD Jobs does not vouch for the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of any user profile, including any representations about EAD status or work authorization. The presence of a profile on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, verification, or guarantee of any kind regarding that user.

5. Employer Responsibilities

Employers using this Platform acknowledge and agree that:

  • Employment eligibility verification is solely your responsibility. Employers must independently verify every candidate's work authorization through proper legal channels, including Form I-9 and E-Verify.
  • You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws
  • You will follow IRCA (Immigration Reform and Control Act) anti-discrimination provisions
  • You will not discriminate based on national origin, citizenship status, or immigration status beyond what is legally required
  • You will post job listings that comply with equal employment opportunity laws
  • You will not rely on information from this Platform as a substitute for your own legally required verification processes

6. Job Seeker Responsibilities

Job seekers using this Platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in their profiles
  • Keep their profile information current and accurate
  • Not misrepresent their work authorization status
  • Understand that creating a profile does not guarantee employment or any particular outcome

7. AI Features Disclaimer

EAD Jobs provides AI-powered features including a career coach and job posting compliance checker. These features are informational tools only and are subject to the following limitations:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • AI features do not constitute legal, immigration, or employment law advice
  • The compliance checker flags potential issues but does not guarantee legal compliance
  • Career coaching suggestions are general guidance, not personalized legal or immigration counsel
  • Users should independently verify any information provided by AI features

8. Limitation of Liability

EAD Jobs is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EAD Jobs and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Any hiring decisions made by employers using the Platform
  • Employment outcomes or the lack thereof for job seekers
  • Immigration consequences arising from use of the Platform
  • Inaccuracies in user-provided information or AI-generated content
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, post discriminatory content, misrepresent information, or misuse the Platform. Employer accounts that fail to maintain an active subscription may be frozen, with access to search results and candidate data suspended until the account is reactivated.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to review these terms periodically.
